Lock length (best for fitting the grid): type the BPM and Bars above, then drag anywhere on the wave to slide a perfectly-sized loop window over the clip — the gridlines show every beat. Free trim: drag the green (start) and red (end) markers anywhere; tempo is worked out from the region and your bar count. Zoom in for fine placement — markers snap to zero-crossings for a click-free splice. You can reopen this editor anytime with Edit clip on the Loop track.

WAVs are mono, 16-bit, at your device sample rate — drop them straight into any DAW. All loop-length files line up bar-for-bar. The mixdown applies your track gains; stems export raw so you keep full range in the DAW.
